As your Fractional CFO, I become a key part of your executive team, providing strategic financial leadership on a flexible, part-time basis. I will implement the resources, systems, and processes designed to deliver the finance needs of your business and align the reporting to your goals - whether scaling after a fundraising, seeking capital, preparing for an exit, or simply improving efficiency.

This is a value-based engagement. My fixed retainer is charged at the equivalent of a day per week (with an allowance for vacation time). However, I work flexibly, and since I only support a small number of businesses at any time, you will feel my presence regularly and know I am always available via email or phone.

This service offers ongoing, lighter-touch strategic financial guidance to support key financial decisions and improve business performance. It works best for companies that need consistent, high-level financial input, ensuring strategies align with long-term goals without requiring the full commitment of a Fractional CFO.

Transaction support

When your business requires support during an exit or fundraising, I will help you build key relationships, reduce friction, and maximize enterprise value. From data room preparation to negotiations, due diligence, and throughout the deal process, I ensure seamless support that positions your business for success. I can also support equity crowdfunding campaigns from conception to completion.

While the monthly retainer will not increase with the additional commitment required, a success fee aligned to the gross transaction value will be applied, on a ratcheted basis:
