Referral Incentive Scheme
For referrals to Fractionality Ltd which result in successful client engagements, we will pay the referrer between £500-£2,000 depending on the type and length of engagement, with an additional £1,000 as a thank-you for high-volume referrers.

Referral Partner Agreement
This Agreement is between Fractionality Ltd, with its registered address at DNS House, 382 Kenton Road, Harrow, Greater London, England, HA3 8DP (“the Company”), and the Referral Partner as authorising this Agreement via the electronic form on this page (“the Referral Partner”).
1. Purpose
The Company agrees to pay the Referral Partner a fee for each successful client referral, as outlined below.
2. Referral Process
The Referral Partner will introduce potential clients (“Referred Clients”) to the Company. A referral is deemed successful when:
The Referred Client engages in a service agreement with the Company.
The first invoice is fully settled by the Referred Client.
3. Referral Fees
For each successful referral, the Company will pay the Referral Partner:
£1,000 for a Fractional CFO engagement.
£500 for a Strategic Financial Advisory (SFA) engagement.
4. 6-Month Retention Bonus
An additional fee will be paid if the Referred Client remains engaged with the Company for six months:
£1,000 for a Fractional CFO engagement.
£500 for an SFA engagement.
5. Volume Bonus
An additional incentive of £1,000 will be paid in any 12 month period for three or more successful referrals.
6. Payment Terms
Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of:
The first invoice settlement for the immediate referral bonus.
The seventh invoice settlement for the retention bonus.
The first invoice settlement of the third client referred in a 12 month period for the volume bonus.
7. Non-Exclusivity
This agreement is non-exclusive. Both parties are free to enter similar agreements with other parties.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all details of this agreement, and any related client information, confidential.
8. Term and Termination
This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
